Keep the Aspiration & Insist Emdoor Mind
From April 17–18, 2021, Emdoor Information held a seaside team building activity in Huizhou—attended by all employees, including many new hires whose participation strengthened both team cohesion and organizational capacity. The event featured collaborative multi-person challenges—including fun sports, picnic barbecues, scenic exploration, and evening campfire gatherings—designed to foster teamwork, shared purpose, and corporate culture. It also offered restorative experiences in nature, helping employees recharge, broaden perspectives, and prepare for future challenges.
Original ecology experience
On the morning of April 17, the group departed Shenzhen and reached a rural farmhouse picnic base after a two-hour drive. Organized into ten-person teams, employees collaborated to prepare lunch using traditional cooking methods—evoking nostalgia while reinforcing values of authenticity and continuity. As a fast-growing company, Emdoor Information emphasizes preserving its original aspirations and core principles to sustain long-term, purposeful growth.
Forging ahead in unity
In the afternoon, teams gathered on the beach for a fun sports meeting. Participants were divided into four teams—the Challenge Team, Wolves Team, Super Team, and Elite Team—and competed across five events. Each contest emphasized strength, speed, and collaboration. The Wolves Team, Elite Team, and Challenge Team secured the top three positions. Beyond results, the competitions deepened inter-team communication, reinforced collective pride, and embodied Emdoor’s belief that unified effort enables greater ambition and achievement.
Night beach Campfire
As dusk fell, a bonfire—symbolizing reunion and shared commitment—was lit on the beach. Employees joined hands and danced around the flames, affirming bonds that extend beyond workplace roles into friendship and mutual support. Day-in, day-out collaboration, enthusiasm, and individual contribution across diverse roles collectively drive Emdoor’s success—and its people grow alongside the company.
Sightseeing
On April 18, the group explored local scenic landmarks. The panoramic mountain views offered quiet reflection, easing fatigue from the climb. The ocean’s powerful, unpredictable waves served as a metaphor for today’s dynamic industry landscape—where opportunity and risk coexist. Navigating it successfully requires strategic alignment, holistic thinking, and adherence to enterprise-wide vision and principles.
The two-day event concluded successfully. With renewed energy and stronger unity, Emdoor Information moves forward—dreams intact, challenges embraced, and 2021 met with confidence and resolve.
