On January 20, 2022, Emdoor held its annual management conference in Shenzhen under the theme “Optimizing Products and Reaching New High Performance.” In attendance were the Chairman of Emdoor Group, senior group executives, the General Manager of Emdoor Information, and department heads.

The Chairman emphasized that optimizing products and achieving new performance highs is both the conference’s central theme and Emdoor’s strategic objective for 2022. He underscored the importance of translating last year’s user experience insights into tangible improvements—and called on all employees to sustain a diligent, learning-oriented mindset to advance both organizational and personal growth.

Department heads presented summaries of 2021 accomplishments and outlined 2022 action plans—including constructive feedback on operational challenges. In response, the Chairman refined Emdoor’s business strategy, sharpened product positioning, realigned market segmentation, and reinforced the alignment between organizational structure and evolving market needs.
