From February 2 to 5, 2021, Emdoor Group hosted its 2020 Annual Management Conference in Judiaosha, Shenzhen. Directors and senior executives from the Group and its subsidiaries gathered to review 2020 performance and align on strategic priorities for 2021.
Beyond formal sessions, the event featured a coastline trekking activity and a bonfire party—designed to reinforce shared values: perseverance, collaboration, and collective ambition in pursuit of long-term success.

On the afternoon of February 3 and morning of February 4, Emdoor Info—the Group’s dedicated rugged computing subsidiary—held its focused management conference at Lavenna Hotel. The objective was to unify goals, thinking, and execution while establishing consensus on pathways to breakthrough growth and sustainable business expansion.
Emdoor Group’s Chairman opened the session by framing Emdoor Info’s 2021 mandate as one of *growth and breakthrough*—requiring simultaneous innovation in both product development and business models, responsiveness to market evolution, and proactive opportunity capture grounded in lessons learned.
Department heads presented 2020 accomplishments and outlined 2021 roadmaps. Emdoor Info’s General Manager affirmed cross-departmental contributions and clarified the subsidiary’s strategic direction for the year ahead.

In 2020, Emdoor Info advanced the rugged product industry through innovation, quality, and service—achieving leadership positions across three domains: its core product line, domestic industrial terminals, and 5G-enabled rugged terminals. Its solutions powered high-impact IoT deployments and intelligent transformation across multiple sectors. Building on this foundation, the company committed to accelerating product and technology innovation in 2021 to further strengthen industry leadership.

On the afternoon of February 4, teams completed a 6-kilometer coastline trek—a physically engaging experience that embodied Emdoor Group’s ethos: unity, mutual support, and unwavering commitment.

The trek was structured competitively across five teams, with top-performing groups receiving recognition—an intentional blend of challenge, camaraderie, and reward.

That evening, a bonfire celebration took place at Judiaosha Beach—featuring live music, dance, gourmet food and wine, and a fireworks display. The atmosphere reflected both appreciation for present joys and shared optimism for the future.

This celebration served as a heartfelt acknowledgment of employee dedication—offering respite, renewal, and recognition after a demanding year.
Looking ahead, Emdoor Group plans to sustain a robust calendar of cultural and wellness initiatives, empowering employees to thrive personally and professionally.

On February 5, the summit concluded with a plenary session reviewing 2020 outcomes, expressing gratitude to all employees, and reflecting on how the Group turned pandemic-driven challenges into strategic opportunities for advancement.

Awards honored exceptional individual and team contributors—underscoring that Emdoor Group’s 2020 achievements were built on the talent, resilience, and dedication of its people.

In his closing address, Mr. Zhang, Chairman of Emdoor Group, distilled the summit’s essence into three strategic imperatives: *optimization*, *breakthrough*, and *high aspirations*.

For 2022 and beyond, Emdoor Group will advance its growth trajectory by leveraging macro trends, anchoring strategy in innovation, and deploying products and brands as complementary engines of market leadership.
The 2020 Annual Management Conference closed successfully—setting a dynamic, unified course for continued progress, courageous execution, and enduring excellence.
